El Tenedor gave us the opportunity to embark on an ambitious audiovisual project: a documentary titled «Cooking Change,» which immerses the viewer in the reality of the hospitality industry in post-pandemic times. Through intimate conversations with renowned chefs, the short film invites reflection on the future direction of the sector.
This documentary is more of a celebration of resilience and hope than a chronicle. It portrays a challenging year for restaurateurs, highlighting their solidarity with society and their ability to innovate in the face of adversity. With the wisdom and experiences of chefs of the calibre of Francis Paniego and Carlos Maldonado, we reveal stories of adaptation and glimpse the challenges and opportunities that await the hospitality industry.
