Frequently asked questions from our customers
What kind of photography do you do?
Advertising, corporate (portraits of teams and facilities), editorial, product and event photography. We also do photography in parallel with a video shoot, with a dedicated photographer.
How is a photo session budgeted?
By day or half-day photographer, plus what the session requires: lighting, studio, styling, makeup, models and retouching. A simple corporate session and a full-team campaign have nothing in common, so we send you a closed budget based on the assignment.
How long does it take to deliver the photos?
It depends on the number of images and the level of retouching. We give you a deadline when you budget, and if you need any urgent images, we rush them.
Does it include retouching?
Yes: professional retouching of the selected photos. If you need advanced retouching (beauty, composition or background changes), we quote a price based on the number of images.
Can you do the session in our offices?
Yes. We bring portable studio equipment (lights, flashes and continuous light) to your offices or any other location, and if you prefer we can set up a studio.
Can you take photos and video at the same time?
Yes, it is very common: we organize the photographer and video crew on the same day, with the direction coordinated, to take advantage of the location and the talent.
Do you manage makeup, styling and models?
Yes. We assemble the team needed for the session: makeup, hairstyling, styling, model casting, and production.
Who gets the rights to the photos?
You. Our budgets include the assignment of rights to the material we produce. If we hire models, locations, or music, we manage their rights to assign them to you. If we record at your event or on your team, the image rights of those people are your responsibility; we’ll let you know what you should keep in mind.
Do you work with brands and magazines?
Yes. We have photographed for titles like Esquire or ELLE and for brands like Armani or Biotherm.
What do I receive in the end?
The selected photos in high resolution, retouched and in the formats you need for the web, social media or print.
Do you work outside of Madrid?
Yes. We have a base in Madrid and we do sessions all over Spain.
